Ruby's Hold Music Options
We have several free hold music options available that you can listen to here (the final option, Symphony, is what all customers are set up with by default). Give the Customer Happiness team a shout if you have a preferred tune, and we'd be happy to update your account! 

Your Custom Hold Music
We are also happy to use your own custom hold music or messaging. There is no additional setup fee, however, there is a monthly $15 charge to host it. 

To get started, all you need to do is complete this form authorizing Ruby to use your music and send it to the Customer Happiness team at staff@ruby.com. Don't forget to attach your music/messaging as .wav file as well, with the following audio formatting: 

• CCITT u-Law 8.000 kHz
• 8 bit
• Mono

If you have a different file type, just give us a heads up and we’ll be happy to work with you to convert it. Once we receive your .wav file, we can typically have your music/messaging up and running within one business day, if not sooner!
