Holiday Closures
Ruby's administrative offices (Customer Happiness, Chat Support, Billing, Sales, etc.) are closed all day for all major holidays or the day the holiday is federally observed. Those holidays include:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
