Ruby's admin offices (Customer Happiness, Chat Support, Billing, Sales, etc.) are closed for all major holidays, or the day the holiday is federally observed. Holidays for 2024 include:

• Memorial Day (May 27) 
• Independence Day (July 4) 
• Labor Day (September 2) 
• Thanksgiving Day (November 28) 
• Christmas Day (December 25) 
• New Years Day (January 1)

If your business is set up to observe those holidays as well, your calls will be handled according to your afterhours instructions while Ruby’s admin offices are closed. 

If you're signed up for Ruby's 24/7/365 services, your calls and chats will continue to be answered live. With 24/7/365 receptionist service, please keep in mind:

• With fewer receptionists, wait and ring times may be higher than our typical service offering.
• Service will be limited to English-speaking receptionists only.
• Support staff (Customer Happiness, Billing, Sales, etc.) are not available on Ruby’s observed holidays.
• Status updates will only be processed via the mobile app or online portal.
• Ruby will not be available to make call assists on your behalf.
