Translating Scripts
We are able to roughly translate and record a Spanish version of a short greeting, however, translating larger blocks of text is more difficult. While our bilingual team is great at conversational Spanish, we're not able to promise our translating will be on par. We wouldn't be able to guarantee that our translation was completely grammatically accurate or as polished as a translation done in-house would be.

Can a receptionist translate over the phone between myself and a caller?
Unfortunately, our receptionists are not trained in providing translation services in this manner. However, we’re happy to handle any incoming calls from Spanish-speakers in accordance with our usual bilingual receptionist service, and we can also make call assists to your callers in Spanish on your behalf.
