Our system is designed to keep callers waiting for the least possible time. The more rings a caller hears, the more likely they are to think nobody is available and move on to another company for assistance. While this does mean that calls ring to a pool of available receptionists, rather than to a certain receptionist or group, our focus is always to be as helpful and friendly as an in-house receptionist on every call.
Our receptionists are extensively trained on how to guide callers and use phrasing that will allow them to adapt to any company. They also have easy access to all of your basic company details and call-handling instructions. With wow-worthy service as our goal, apart from the occasional observant repeat caller, we've found that most callers don't realize that we aren't on-site.
