If your own phone number is displaying as the caller ID for all of your calls, it likely means the true caller ID isn’t being delivered to us from your phone provider. This can typically be solved with a quick adjustment to your call forwarding settings.
We recommend reaching out to your phone service provider to ask that they deliver the caller's true caller ID when forwarding your calls to Ruby. Since features like Ruby Contacts, call blocking, robocall filtering, and VIP contacts rely on an accurate caller ID number, this is particularly important so that you're able to take advantage of those features.
If you’d like assistance working with them to get this set up, the Customer Happiness team would be happy to jump in on a conference call with you and your phone provider!
