Your account at my.call-ruby.com and the mobile app connect you with all the data you need to keep your customer communication running smoothly. Once you’re logged in, you can easily view your full call and chat history for the past two years.
From the main dashboard, you'll be able to see your most recent activity, and whether or not it counts towards your billable minutes or chats. To view your complete call and chat history, use the Activity icon. From there, you can see all of your communication details, as well as options to Filter, Export, and Archive.
Activity Details
Click on an individual call or chat to see details about that interaction. Call details will show any associated messages, voicemails, and the voicemail transcript where available. For chats, you can click View chat transcript to view the full conversation.
From the details screen, you can also you can save a contact, mark it as unread, archive, request a call assist, or flag it for later follow up.

Filtering Options
You can search activity to find a contact or company. If your username is linked with more than one company, use the dropdown menu to filter activity by account or to view all company activity information at once. You can use the date filter to display activity from a certain time frame within the last two years.
Open the filter dropdown for even more filtering options, including Activity Types, Activity States, or Call Tags for phone calls (this option will be greyed out if only using Ruby for chat services). Learn more about exporting activity for deeper dives here.
