In addition to your full account activity, our online portal also offers some basic analytics on your calls and chats. From the Insights page, you'll have easy visibility into your call and chat usage (broken down by company if you have multiple lines with us), as well as a handy visualization of your activity by day of the week.
You can access your Insights page from the left-side menu by clicking Account > Insights.
At the top of the page you can select which account (if you have multiple accounts) you'd like to view usage for, as well as which invoice period you'd like to see the usage for.
You can export a PDF or Excel copy of your call activity for the selected invoice period, as well as see the call usage and assist usage for the selected invoice period.
You can also view your usage breakdown by number of calls and billable minutes across days, as well as track how many current clients vs new leads call in on a given day.
If you have multiple Ruby hosted phone numbers, you'll also see activity breakdown for your top six phone numbers with the most traffic.
If you'd like to do a deeper dive on your data, you can also export your activity records to an CSV file for more in depth analysis.
