Can you answer questions about my business?

Yes! By default we're set up to have receptionists answer basic business information like your business hours, company address, or website with your callers. We're also happy to note additional FAQs your callers may ask on your account. 

To get this set up, just use our template to list out your FAQs - simply put the Question in Column A and Answer in Column B. Once you've done this, simply send the file to our Customer Happiness team at staff@ruby.com. We'll get those added to your account and let you know when that's complete!
