Whenever possible, our receptionists try to avoid revealing that they're with a receptionist service. Our focus is to be as helpful and friendly as an in-house receptionist. With wow-worthy service as our goal, we've found that most callers don't realize that we aren't on-site!

That said, if a caller directly asks if they are talking to a service, our receptionists will tell the truth. We would never want to lie to your callers, and for this reason, we cannot promise not to reveal that information when the situation calls for it.
