You can access your account from ruby.com via the Login button in the top right corner. Save yourself a step and add my.call-ruby.com to your bookmarks!

Features
Dashboard: View your current usage, and access all your most recent call and chat activity from the main dashboard! Stay up-to-date on how many minutes/chats you have used in your chosen plan at a glance. Reception customers can also see their current Status. 

Status Updates: About to step away for your desk? Set a quick status to hold your calls or have them redirected to a colleague until you return. (This feature is only available with our Reception service.)

Activity: Available on your main dashboard and from the Activity option on the left-side menu. Click on any call, message, or chat to get the full scoop on the interaction. You can also listen to voicemails directly from your computer, view full chat transcripts with ease, and export your data. 

Assists: Request an outbound call assist from our team.

Ruby Contacts: Click "Contacts" from the left-side menu to view and edit your existing Ruby Contacts or add new ones. (This feature is only available with our Reception service.)

VIP Contacts: If you're an administrator on your account, click “VIP Contacts” from the left-side menu to view and edit your existing VIP Contacts or add new ones. 

Company Info: View the basic company details we have listed on your account, as well as your current employee directory.

Voicemail Access: Customize your own voicemail greeting and read voicemail transcriptions when listening to a message isn’t convenient. (This feature is only available with our Reception service.)

Call Forwarding*: Easily forward and un-forward your Ruby-hosted business number with a couple of clicks! (This feature is only available with our Reception service.)

Insights: View analytics on your calls and chats.

Billing Information: Download your past invoicesupdate your payment method, and see your current plan information. 

Integrations: Link your Ruby account to your Clio ManageClio Grow, MyCase, or Rocket Matter accounts so that call and message data will populate for you automatically. (This feature is only available with our Reception service.)
