Accessing Your Invoices & Call Summaries

You can access and download your invoices and call summaries from our online portal

To access your Call Summary
Log in at Navigate to Account > Insights. Select the bill cycle you'd like to see from the dropdown menu at the top of the page, then click the PDF button in the Activity Report area near the top of the screen. 

To access your invoices
Log in at Navigate to Account > Billing.  In the Invoices tab you’ll find a list of your invoices with the Status column indicating if they are currently Paid or Open. From here you can view, download, or pay unpaid invoices.


If You Need Invoices from Prior to November 2023:

Our billing system was migrated during this period, and if you used Ruby service prior to that date our Customer Happiness team would be happy to provide those - just give us a shout!
