Note:  Beginning February 1, 2024 any payments made via credit card will also reflect a 3% processing fee. To avoid this fee, you can pay via debit card, check, or set up ACH payments through your business or personal bank account. 

The easiest and most secure way to update your credit card information is from the online portal at my.call-ruby.com.

Log in to your account at my.call-ruby.com. Go to Account, then Billing from the menu on the left. From there you can click on the Payment info tab. Click the Add Payment Method button to add a new card.

If you have multiple payment methods listed, you can select which one to use as your default payment method. 

To pay an invoice after updating your payment method, navigate to the Invoices tab and select the invoice you'd like to pay. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete payment.
