The Ruby app can integrate with the calendar on your smart phone to automatically import your schedule. From there, you can easily set up Statuses in advance based on your scheduled events! 

STEP 1: Once logged in, navigate to the Status area from the bottom menu
STEP 2: Choose Calendar - if it's your first time setting this up, you'll need to give the app permission to access your calendar.

STEP 3: Choose which event(s) you’d like to create a Status for and click Continue to create the specific Statuses
