Open my.call-ruby.com and click on Account > Billing

Click on Plans to see your current subscription bundle pricing and details. 

Click on Invoices to view past invoices or pay outstanding invoices. This area will only show invoices starting on Oct 10th 2023. Invoices that were issued before that will display in the History tab. 

Click on Payment info tab to view or edit your payment method or payment information. 

If you were a Ruby customer prior to mid October 2023, you may have historical invoices from our previous billing platform. To see these, click the History tab, which will open our legacy billing pages in a new tab. You may be asked to log in.
