We are able to connect calls to international numbers if you have employees overseas or find yourself on an adventure outside of the U.S. or Canada. In order to transfer calls live internationally, we charge a flat monthly fee on top of your existing billing plan. There is a $20 monthly charge if you are on Call Ruby 100, $40 if you are on Call Ruby 200, and $60 if you are on Call Ruby 500.

If you would prefer to avoid additional cost, we would be happy to simply take messages for international employees. This also means we'll be able to avoid any potential time zone issues! Alternatively, you may be able to set up a U.S. Skype number that we can use to connect calls instead of an international number.
