When placing outbound calls from the app, you are able to dial 10-digit phone numbers, which limits calls to numbers in the North American Numbering Plan (this includes the United States, Canada, and most Caribbean countries). Calls to Europe, Asia, South America, etc. that require longer phone numbers are not able to be made via the Ruby App.
