Our Google Analytics Integration allows you to gain insight on your chat activity. Each time a web visitor initiates a chat conversation on your webpage, it will appear as an Event in your Google Analytics account. Setting it up is a simple process! Just reach our to our Customer Happiness team and share your Google Analytics Tracking ID, and we'll have the integration set up on a snap!
TIP! You can locate your Tracking ID number in Analytics by clicking Admin, selecting the account you’d like from the Account column and then the Property from the Property column. Under the Property, click Tracking Info > Tracking Code.
