Ruby is proud to offer a complimentary voicemail system for both afterhours calls and for receptionists to connect your callers to during the day. Whenever a voicemail is left, you'll receive an email with a link to listen to the voicemail right from your computer. You’ll also have access to your voicemails through the app and online portal at my.call-ruby.com, which will include transcriptions of any messages between 2 and 120 seconds. 

Voicemail greetings are professionally recorded by our staff, and if you're the account owner, you have the option of recording your own custom greeting yourself or providing us with a custom script to record on your behalf. Our voicemail also has the ability to play different greetings based on the time of day!

During business hours, when the receptionist transfers a caller to the voicemail box, our default personal greeting says, “Hello! You’ve reached the voicemail of [Name], please leave a detailed message after the tone and he/she/they will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you!”

Our default afterhours company greeting says, “Hello! Thank you for calling [Company Name]. Please leave a detailed message after the tone and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you!”
