Integrating with Rocket Matter

When Rocket Matter and Ruby work together, every call is backed up by tools that create great impressions and simplify your client communications! 

All your Ruby calls, voicemails, and messages are automatically synced with Rocket Matter, avoiding tedious and repetitive data entry. Plus, our intelligent and extensive call data ensures you no longer sift through pages of phone bills to find how much time you spent on a client call. The date and length of call are available in your Rocket Matter account so you can bill easily and accurately. 

For HIPAA Compliant Customers: This integration does not meet the necessary communication security requirements for Protected Health Information and therefore should not be used in conjunction with HIPAA compliant Ruby service.

Begin Setup  
STEP 1: Log in to my.call-ruby.com and navigate to the Account section from the left sidebar, and then click Integrations  
STEP 2: Click “Add New” and choose Rocket Matter from the list of integration options and click Connect to open up your Rocket Matter account and sign in. 
STEP 3: Click Allow to authorize Ruby to send your call data to Rocket Matter  
STEP 4: Back in the Ruby portal, left click on the meatball menu and select “Enable Automatic Transfers”. This will ensure all activity flows through to Rocket Matter. 

Prefer To Only Have Some Messages Sent To Rocket Matter?
STEP 1: Left click the meatball menu and Disable Automatic Transfers
STEP 2: Click again and select “Modify Rules”
STEP 3: Click Add.
STEP 4: Under Rule Type click Profiles
STEP 5: Under Select Profiles select any profile whose messages you would like to see in MyCase.
STEP 6: Click Save

Accessing Your Messages and Voicemails 
Once you log into Rocket Matter, you can access your Ruby messages and voicemails by selecting Messages from the screen’s sidebar menu. Ruby messages and voicemails will appear with the same Subject line as your Ruby emails: “Caller Name – Company – Ruby Mail.”

Click on a message to see the Message Detail screen, which will contain the contact and call information that the receptionist collected, as well as the call duration for billing purposes.
