View Your Current Directory
You can view your current list of employees from my.call-ruby.com by choosing Account > Company from the left-side menu. In the mobile app, click on the 3 dots in the top-right to see more options and tap Employee Directory. Click on any employee to view their job title, phone number(s), and email address(es).

Making Updates
It’s not currently possible to update your employee directory from the app or online portal, but our Customer Happiness team would be delighted to assist you with any changes! 

If you have a large update, you can also download our employee directory spreadsheet to make those updates easier. Add your employees and their information and then send it to our team at staff@ruby.com.

If an employee has left your company, simply let us know which employee(s) you’d like us to remove.
