When we’re troubleshooting the Ruby app, it’s extremely useful to know your device’s make, model, operating system, and Ruby app version number, in addition to having a screenshot of the error message (if you’re getting one). Here’s how you can find that information for our team:
iPhone

Make & Model: Go to Settings > General > About
Operating System: Go to Settings > General > About. Look for “iOS Version."
Ruby App Version #: From the Ruby app, tap the three dots at the top right of the screen, and then scroll to the bottom of the menu - look for Version.
Android
