Can I suspend my service temporarily?

We’re not able to suspend service temporarily per se, but there are a few alternatives that might work for you. We offer a discounted Platform Only billing plan that includes direct-to-voicemail service, in addition to all of our app and online portal features. Reach out to the Customer Happiness team for more details on this plan.

Alternatively, if you prefer to cancel your account, we do keep all of your contact information and call-handling instructions on file so that reactivating your service again is a snap! To reactivate a cancelled account, our sales and onboarding teams will speak with you to confirm the details of your service, and we’re typically able to complete your reactivation within one business day.
