Interested in seeing what happens on your calls? Any callers calling from a one-party consent caller ID can have the transcription of their call and sentiment analysis displayed in the portal. Reach out to Customer Happiness to enable this feature on your account.
For Canadian Customers: This feature is not available for Canadian numbers due to PIPEDA guidelines.
For HIPAA Compliant Customers: This feature does not meet the necessary communication security requirements for Protected Health Information and therefore should not be used in conjunction with HIPAA compliant Ruby service.
Once enabled, you'll see additional tabs in your call activity records - one for Transcription, and another for Sentiment. The transcription will show the conversation between your caller and our receptionist.

Clicking into the Sentiment tab will show the overall sentiment of the call.
