If any T/C, Privacy, Cancellation, or Electronic comms links are not required, you are approved and do not need to post in Adjustments. 

If the fields are required, we have broad approvals for the below two examples

1) RS can read excerpts that are ball park this length or shorter. 

2) RS can reference external links within a policy.

• second checkbox is good to approve. 
• for first checkbox:
  • If the link goes to a page with very short language (like above), the RS can simply read this to the caller and move on. 
  • If the link goes to a lengthy policy, set the expectations that RS would say: “by moving forward you agree to our XXX policy which can be found at www.business.com/terms (or whatever the link is). Do you agree?”
