Interested in seeing what happens on your calls? Any callers calling from a one-party consent caller ID can have the transcription of their call and sentiment analysis displayed in the portal. If you want to ensure we capture these details from all callers, we can play a brief recording before calls from two party consent states letting your callers know, “This call will be recorded for quality and training purposes. Please remain on the line and a receptionist will be with you shortly.” Reach out to Customer Happiness to enable this feature on your account.
For Canadian Customers: This feature is not available for Canadian numbers due to PIPEDA guidelines.
Once enabled, you'll see additional tabs in your call activity records - one for Transcription, and another for Sentiment. The transcription will show the conversation between your caller and our receptionist.

Clicking into the Sentiment tab will show the overall sentiment of the call.
