Dashboard: Access all your most recent call activity from the main dashboard. 

Status updates: Stepping away from your desk? Quickly set a status to hold your calls or have them redirected to a colleague until your return.

Company info: See the company details we have listed on your account, as well as your current employee directory.

The mobile experience

With our mobile app, all you need to run your business is Ruby and a cell phone! Double the power of your personal device with the Ruby app.

 

 

Essential features

Home screen: View your current status, hold your calls, and access all your most recent activities from the app's home screen!

Activity: Tap on any call or message to get the full scoop on the interaction. You can even listen to voicemails with ease.

Status updates: Set preferences for when and where you want to take calls. Let us know who you're taking calls from, who to take a message from, and even integrate with your existing scheduling systems!

Block Solicitors: Get rid of those persistent solicitors and unwanted callers.
